Machines brought in for service should be brought in with the following (where applicable) : Foot control, power cord, zig-zag needle plate, zig-zag foot, buttonhole foot, embroidery unit, embroidery foot and embroidery hoop. Inspection and use of these parts will insure that your machine will be operating at its full potential upon its return.

If you are having an issue with a project or some damage has occurred during sewing, please bring your machine in "as-is" (keep thread, needle, fabric, etc. with machine) to assist us in diagnosing the problem, so we can get you back sewing as soon as possible.
